“La Ferme Provençale” (The Provencale Farmhouse) is a traditional French Restaurant.

You are invited to experience the hospitality of a traditional French Farmhouse complete with a fully licensed Bistro and French Café and Patisserie, offering the best country French fare in a very stylish, authentic setting.

French chef, Isabelle Thorpe was born in Lorraine to an Alsatian father and a mother from Normandy. She spent her childhood and teenage years in Nancy, the capital of Lorraine, before moving to Paris. The family’s holiday home was in Ardèche, north of Provence and her cuisine is influenced by these regions, rich in culinary traditions.

Isabelle delivers a little piece of France with every meal enabling you to experience a wide variety of exotic and beautiful French tastes. La Ferme Provençale is proud to also offer a unique vegan, non-grain, non-dairy and no sugar menu. This menu has been designed for special dietary needs and is ideal for celiacs, vegetarians, vegans, and also for people who have allergies, are lactose intolerant or are undergoing treatment for various conditions affecting their immune system.

Our leafy greens are supplied by Growing Healthy Organics which is a community organic farm right here on Tamborine Mountain. Our own organic gardens have started producing silverbeet, cabbage, lettuce and herbs as well as avocados and citrus which we are also using for our cooking.

Large off-street car park. Open Fridays to Sundays from 10am until late. Open Thursdays in summer. French High Teas in the afternoon and Long Table fixed menu dinners on Friday evenings.
