FROM THE GARDEN
The kitchen garden produces an assortment of vegetables and herbs. Meals feature the full flavour of fresh picked produce including rosemary, flat leaf parsley, oregano, thyme, mint, basil, kaffir lime, lemongrass, bay leaves, cumquats and strawberries.

FROM THE FARM
We choose prime beef from Nolen’s Private Selection (Gympie) and our lamb and chicken come from local farms. Food is fresh from the paddock to the plate.
