“Witches Falls Gift House” stocks a large range of sought after collectibles, including Shelly, Royal Doulton, Crown Derby, Wedgwood, Meakin, Kutani, Sathuma, Royal Dux, Lladro & Nao, Beswick, David Winter … to name a few.
People often ask “… why the name Witches Falls?” unaware that the area adjacent to the shop is “Witches Falls National Park” – the oldest National Park in Queensland. It is rumoured that the name Witches Falls “stuck” after residents west of Tamborine Mountain saw lights on the side of the mountain many years ago, and attributed them to “the Mountain Witches …”.

Noel & Phil have spent a lifetime selecting interesting and rare items for you to see, admire, wonder at, and, if you really like, to buy at very reasonable prices. Their collection of old world charmers include solid antiques of mahogany, walnut, oak and other rare and exotic timbers, which are usually marked for sale at prices below that which you would expect to pay for “modern” counterparts.
Phil combines his furniture making skills with a flair for bringing old pieces “back to life”. Repair and restoration of furniture is his preference, while Noelina is a skilled artisan with her sewing machine, materials and extensive range of old jewellery.
As you meander through the displays you will find antique Vaseline glass pieces complemented by old Viennese glassware, in turn contrasted by the stark white beauty of
